I rarely smile in pictures. It's something I'll have to practice before the wedding.

What about me? This post is a work in progress, to be added to. Well, what would you like to know? I'm in my mid-twenties, I am a legal assistant, and I am a cat person.

Anne says I should post: "my name is melissa kean, and I like cookies. And also, I guess I like ryan a little too."

Aimee asks: When did I know Ryan was the "one"?  Well, it's hard to explain. The connection was just there, like I didn't know I was missing something when we met. It permeated other relationships, and Ryan was constantly in the back of my mind in some form or another from the day we met.

Aimee also asks why I moved back to Ottawa.... At the time, I rationalized that I couldn't get too far in Airdrie. I couldn't drive, and I didn't understand the education system, so I went back to Algonquin because I understood how education worked in Ontario and I knew the city and how to get around it. Ryan was already in Ottawa at that time, and so were my friends, so it just made sense.
